Hello Friends and Family!
Well, here we are in 2010. It sounds so futuristic! Looks like we still need to wait a few more years for flying cars and teleportation ...
2009 was a fantastic year for us! Thank you so much for joining us along the way. Looking back we enjoyed another year living at the Steiger House, we expanded our garden and had four chickens join our family, Wendy moved one year closer to finishing her Masters of Divinity degree, Noah was able to travel Europe with his band Breaksea Caravel and became an elder at the Salvage Yard Church, we shared God’s love with hundreds of people in New Mexico at the New Age Festival, and we saw many people grow in their relationship with the Lord by being a part of the SHIFT and NightSHIFT schools. The Lord is so good!
As 2009 wrapped up, and we finally got a chance to breathe, we were blessed to head to a friend’s cabin to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary.
Man, time flies! For Christmas we were able to go to Illinois and Missouri to visit Wendy’s family. It was very nice to relax and share stories of what the Lord has been doing in all of our lives (especially since it was 60 degrees instead of 0!) After that we headed up to Iowa
to catch up with some old friends and to celebrate the New Year.
As if we didn’t already have enough reasons to celebrate, on January 9th Noah’s brother Isaac married his long time love, Christa! It was a beautiful day and a wonderful wedding. Noah was blessed to be able to preach an encouraging word during the ceremony.
Please continue to pray with us as we look at this new year and ask the Lord what He would have us do to further expand His Kingdom!
Thank you again for all of your prayers and support. You have been and are such an important part of the work the Lord is doing with us here in Minneapolis and the world!

Prayer Requests:
- Pray that the Lord would give us wisdom and discernment as we look at the many ministry opportunities available to us in this coming year.
- Continue to pray for our church, The Salvage Yard. Please pray that the Lord would give Noah and the rest of the elders wisdom as they lead the church.
- Pray for our monthly budget as full-time missionaries of $2000 to be met. This covers our living, travel, and ministry expenses.
