Dear Friends & Family,

New Age Festival
It’s that time of year again: the New Age Festival is right around the corner! This year the New Age/hippie gathering for world peace festival will be in New Mexico, from about June 20th – July 5th. We will again be putting together a kitchen to make food for the thousands of people who will be there. This will be our third year going together as a couple and we are very excited for the things that the Lord will do! It’s been so amazing being a part of showing God’s love to so many who have never met Him or have only had bad experiences with Christianity. We’re praying that the Lord will again do a mighty work!

Altogether the training school and outreach will be $700. We are looking to raise the money by June. If you do not currently support us financially, please prayerfully consider supporting us for this outreach.

Massachusetts
Wendy has received a special invitation to speak at the Rose Cabin Ladies’ Tea in Huntington, MA. The tea is for area women to come together for fellowship and encouragement while hearing a woman speak on the topic of “Her Story, His Call.” Wendy is excited to share her journey of faith and obedience with these women. While there we are also looking forward to spending time with Mary Rose Jones, one of the Steiger Elders and our friend.

Important Prayer Request
As many of you know, when we first moved into the Steiger House in December 2006, we shared a floor with our friend, Levi. This past August, Levi went to California for a wedding and, while there, discovered he had cancer. The doctors were very encouraging; saying that with the type of he had there was a high success rate of being cured. However, last month, the doctors discovered that he actually had a very rare form of cancer and has about a year to live. We are praying that the Lord would do a miracle and heal him completely. Please join us in praying for a fast recovery!

May 8-10th - Wendy speaks in MA at a Women’s Retreat

Prayer Requests:

• Pray that the Lord would us wisdom as we continue to help develop the 2010 Steiger Leadership School in Germany.
• Pray for boldness and authority as Wendy speaks at the Salvage Yard and in MA.
• Pray for our monthly budget as full-time missionaries of $1700 to be met, as well as the $700 needed for the New Age Festival.
