As followers of Christ, we believe strongly in interdependent
relationships. We live in a continually fragmented and isolated world,
despite our efforts to make the world smaller. We continue to isolate
and separate because of our brokenness, however at the core of our
being we all desire wholeness personally and relationally. We desire
to come into the fullness of who Christ intends us to be, and into the
fullness of healthy relationships with Christ and those around us.
Living
with other believers in intentional interdependency is an incredible
opportunity for growth. A place where we can truly be like iron
sharpening iron. A place for daily accountability and encouragement.
A place where mediocrity will not survive, and radical living is
encouraged.
There are a growing number of community houses that
are connected to the Salvage Yard Church. They each have slightly
different personalities and functions. Each house is growing and
changing constantly, so it is recommended you contact Sharne
Winter-Simat whom is the point person for all the houses if you would
